Kaitlyn McCord has been with the JCC Brooklyn for nearly 9 years, starting as an assistant counselor and rising to division leader and after-school site supervisor more than 5 years ago. Kaitlyn has worked in several of our departments, ranging from summer camp to after-school to our Sunday programs for children with special needs. Through her experiences at the JCC Brooklyn, Kaitlyn found her passion for working with children, especially children with special needs, and this year she joined us full-time as our Mental Health/Special Needs Coordinator. Kaitlyn received her degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a degree in social work to become an LMSW.
